Iechi da (cheers - in Welsh) to all my brothers and sisters in Lord Jesus. Sh' mae, Grant 'dw i (Hi, I'm Grant - Welsh again). I've been saved and taken out of the living dead for nearly 1 year and 1 month. And wouldn't go back if you paid me! I'm 28 and live in Australia, currently getting grotty as a pig as a roofing labourer.
The Lord has done miracles in this short period. I never was out going or made friends, and due to my experiences in high school (and definetly a demon or two) I ended up with an addiction, bitter, full of hate and anger and essentially wanting to knock alot of people off. But thanks and glory to God indeed! For He took away my addiction, cleaned my mouth up :-), threw out the hate and anger, and has blessed my with a SUPPERB FAMILY! In fact, I've got more real friends now then I've had before, and have hung out more times then I could count! |

Hey Grant, welcome to the family of God, also welcome to the forum. Tells us more about yourself, how did you wind up in the Church, who witenessed to you? How is your new job, and are you going to Perth conference next year?

My good mate in Christ Curtis was the one The Lord used to call me
out of the world. He just invited me along a Wednesday night when
I was sitting around town and he was getting something to eat!
The jobs a bit up and down, all over the place. Does get a bit back breaking often! I wouldn't mind going to Perth Conference, just need the money and the week off - but The Lord is a God of miracles. The furthest west I've been is Dubbo.
